Persons with a severely injured ID card "B" can purchase their ticket at the day box office and receive a free ticket for the accompaniment with proof of the severely injured ID card.

On the forecourt of the fair there is an ATM of the Sparkasse Mittelthüringen.

For visitors there is the possibility 30min.  to use the trade fair’s own free Wi-Fi or to purchase paid tickets online.  The free Wi-Fi is a limited access without guarantee.

Film and photo shoots for private purposes are generally allowed at our own events.  We are happy to receive a link when sharing the recordings on social media.

In principle, dogs are prohibited at the fair.

The area is barrier-free for wheelchair users.  There are several disabled toilets available, partly the euro key is necessary.  A euro key is also required for the use of the lifts in the foyer of Hall 1.  If you have any questions, please contact the security personnel on site.

You must be at least 14 years old to attend Rapid.Tech 3D on your own.  Persons under 14 years of age require an adult companion for the visit.
