Press release Rapid.Tech 3D 2024

Rapid.Tech 3D services now available 365 days a year

Messe Erfurt launches new digital network platform for Rapid.Tech 3D exhibitors and visitors Trade fair participation ensures year-round benefits for customer acquisition and customer relationship management

From 14 to 16 May 2024, the world of additive manufacturing (AM) will meet at Rapid.Tech 3D in Erfurt. In addition to the live event, a digital network platform launched in mid-February 2024 will enable year-round interaction between visitors and exhibitors, as well as even more focused event planning.

The digital platform enhancement will enable Rapid.Tech 3D 2024 to live up to its network character to an even greater extent. For example, Rapid.Tech 365 offers personalised and interactive functions to intensify exchanges between exhibitors and visitors even further and extend them beyond the exhibition and the conference.

“Rapid.Tech 3D is the melting pot of the AM industry. From chemistry to mobility to electronic engineering, this is where users and companies meet. That’s why we’re delighted that both groups will now be able to exchange ideas and network all year round through the Rapid.Tech 365 digital presence,” says Michael Kynast, CEO of Messe Erfurt GmbH. “In particular, the opportunity to address specific target groups will enable exhibitors and visitors alike to significantly increase the added value of a visit to Rapid.Tech 3D,” adds Diana Keucher, head of the Trade Fairs & Events department at Messe Erfurt.

Focused addressing of target groups all year round adds value for exhibitors

The Rapid.Tech 365 platform, which is technically implemented by the Swiss provider Conteo, enables exhibitors to draw the attention of specific target groups to their company, creating new business contacts that can be precisely evaluated using the software. This means that the relevant products can not only be presented more effectively through texts, images and videos in advance of the event, but also that the defined marketing goals can be better measured. A smart algorithm also enables personalised email updates for visitors seeking information about specific solutions and products. In addition, the content can be ranked according to visitor interest. This gives exhibitors relevant key figures in real time about the performance of their content and, among other things, through the lead, contact and ticket request feature, much more transparency about the value of their participation at Rapid.Tech 3D.

Visitors can optimise their Rapid.Tech 3D visit

Visitors to Rapid.Tech 3D benefit from many advantages, whether as visitors to the exhibition or as conference participants. For example, topics, keywords or entire categories can be filtered specifically by focus area. This means that visitors can find the relevant exhibitor content much more quickly, enabling them to plan their visit to Rapid.Tech 3D even more precisely. Based on their individual interests, visitors are emailed personalised recommendations for their visit with contributions from exhibitors. This means they can stay up to date 365 days a year without any effort and receive regular, tailor-made inspiration.

“With the integrated search feature, visitors can find suitable exhibitors, contributions and programme items and register for them with just one click,” explains Manuela Braune, Rapid.Tech 3D project manager, highlighting the optimised customer journey. In addition, the watch list and interactive floor plan facilitate the planning of the visit, with the latter allowing visitors to create individual tours of the exhibition. “A contact feature enables visitors to write to anyone else who is registered and network online with experts from the industry,” Ms Braune continues.

To use the Rapid.Tech 365 platform, trade fair visitors can register free of charge at www.rapidtech-3d.de. More information about the new community platform and its many features can be found at https://www.rapidtech-3d.de/de/mehr-als-ein-event.
