Messe Erfurt GmbH can be reached quickly by car from all directions in the country.
From Berlin / Leipzig along the A 9 motorway as far as "Hermsdorfer Kreuz", then along the A 4 motorway in the direction of Frankfurt as far as "Autobahnkreuz Erfurt" (follow signs for "Messe"), continue along the A 71 motorway in the direction of Erfurt.
From Hamburg / Hanover / Kassel along the A 7 motorway as far as "Kirchheimer Dreieck", then along the A 4 motorway in the direction of Dresden as far as "Autobahnkreuz Erfurt" (follow signs for "Messe"), continue along the A 71 motorway in the direction of Erfurt.
From Munich / Nuremberg along the A 73 motorway as far as Bamberg, then along the B4 in the direction of Coburg, Eisfeld, Suhl; take the A 71 motorway in Suhl in the direction of Erfurt follow signs for "Messe".
From Stuttgart / Würzburg along the A 7 motorway as far as "Dreieck Schweinfurt", then along the A 70 motorway as far as "Autobahndreieck Werntal"; take the A 71 motorway in the direction of Erfurt, continue along the A 71 motorway in the direction of Erfurt (follow signs for "Messe").
Messe Erfurt can be reached from the motorway (exit: Erfurt-Bindersleben / Erfurt-Schmira / IKEA) without an environmental sticker. You can use local public transport to get to downtown Erfurt from the adjacent P + R car park. From other directions, the city of Erfurt offers all motorists entering the city the opportunity to use the P + R parking lots on the outskirts and from there to travel to the city center with the city rail lines.
Messe Erfurt has a charging station with 4 connections for electric vehicles on the exhibition grounds. This is located in the first row of the east car park, near the main entrance.

For further information on the use of the charging stations, please contact our information center in the entrance area of the administration of Messe Erfurt. This is manned for you 24 hours a day (extension 2004) You can get the necessary charge cards from your colleagues on site for a fee of € 3.00.
Messe Erfurt has its own tram stop, which offers you a quick and direct connection to the city center. Tram line 2 runs every 10 minutes from the Anger (center) to the exhibition center. P+R parking lots are next to the exhibition center enables easier parking with subsequent transport on tram line 2.

The Erfurt-Weimar Airport is located in direct proximity to Messe Erfurt. Only one transfer from tram line 4 to 2 at the stop "Gothaer Platz" makes travelling to Messe Erfurt quite easy. The Leipzig-Halle Airport can be reached in only 28 ICE minutes. The Frankfurt Airport is only 130 ICE minutes away.
